Do I have to pay sales tax?
	You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the state of Ohio. If you are in Ohio and you are tax-exempt, we need you to fill out and send us a copy of the Ohio Department of Taxation Sales and Use Tax Blanket Exemption Certificate.
I have a question on my charges.

I'd like to make the switch to eco-friendly serviceware, but it's just so expensive.
	We look hard for the most affordable green products out there, but we also understand the need to transition slowly. We suggest that you just start somewhere. Focus on replacing just the “worst” item for now (i.e. styrofoam) or replace items one by one as you run out of stock. Also, you can look for ways to cut costs. 	Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s).
